You will discover these and many more experiences on this visit to a Mayan community.  <\/div>\n<div id=\"l-768-calendar-anchor\"><\/div>\n<div id=\"new-fading-text\" class=\"new-fading-text _loaded u-no-before show-hidden-elements\">\n<div class=\"o-activity-description\">\n<h2>Itinerary<\/h2>\n<p> We will pick you up at your hotel in Riviera Maya at the indicated time and head towards the<strong> heart of the Mexican<\/strong> jungle. Are you ready to spend an <strong>authentic Mayan evening<\/strong>? We will visit a <strong>Mayan community<\/strong> where we will learn about the lifestyle of its inhabitants, as well as the ancient traditions that they have continued to live with since ancient times. As soon as we arrive, the indigenous people will welcome us by guiding us on a<strong> tour of their village.<\/strong>    <\/p>\n<p class=\"new-fading-text__hidden-element\">Afterwards, they will show us what their daily life is like and we will attend a <strong>workshop in which we will learn how to make Mexican tortillas.<\/strong> Afterwards, we will see the Mayans <strong>celebrating a fire <\/strong>ceremony and we will participate in the <strong>temazcal<\/strong>, one of their rituals <strong>of worship to Mother<\/strong> Earth. It is a <strong>volcanic stone steam bath<\/strong> with which you will purify your body.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"new-fading-text__hidden-element\">Later we will go to a <strong>cenote, a place that the Mayans considered sacred.<\/strong> Here you will have time to take a dip in its crystal-clear waters.
